A national organisation with a head office in Sydney and offices in each state, Impact employs 160 merchandisers and covers 1500 newsagents and 1200 supermarkets.

Impact utilises state of the art handheld technology, which enables tailored and timely reporting for clients and additional flexibility to its field force.

Impact’s merchandising force can offer a wide range of services that can be tailored to suit the needs of the client.

These services include launches, specific promotions, point of sale displays, product positioning and display, product presentation, sales counts, vendor refill, full promotional support, retail marketplace and competitor feedback as well as communication to retailers

Regular merchandiser team meetings are held in each state to provide the merchandisers with clear direction for all activities. Clients also attend these meetings to brief the team on their titles and to glean direct feedback from the field.
